A Day of Country

The White Door Events team had the honor to participate in the 4th annual C Spire LIVE concert in Madison, MS at the Baptist Health Systems Campus. This year the "Day of Country" live outdoor music event kicked off the summer with Kenny Chesney, Thomas Rhett, Jake Owen, Thompson Square, and Russel Dickerson. Providing exclusive designs and decor for the C Spire VIP area and The Sand Bar area, our team brought standout products that transformed the tent areas into experiences.

Inside the C Spire VIP area hung a show-stopping, 12-foot square mason jar chandelier above the frequented bar area. This custom-built piece showed different kind of "moonshine in a mason jar" as the sun set across the horizon.

To create a setting that transcends the reality of a tent, hardwood floor and carpet foundations were set while custom-built barnwood weathered wall panels lined the background of the lounge areas. Papina sconces secured on the walls added a feeling of comfort. Behind the buffet tables stood slat wall panels, 3D boxwood hedges and Amiel mirrors with Edison bulb chandeliers twinkling above. Neutral furnishings blended with pops of green and clear acrylic for a touch of modernity.

Outside settings included a variety of Walden lounge arrangements, bistro seating and gunmetal high boys where attendees enjoyed the musical performances in comfort. 

A more relaxed, beachy setting was created at the Sand Bar VIP concert area with patina metal palm trees, Adirondack chairs and wicker cubes stationed outside. Inside the open-air tent, cowboy hats hung from the tent poles and a cluster of beach balls were suspended from the ceiling. A custom-built, weathered tin wall served as the perfect backdrop for the tent's Sawyer Bars.
