Hot Pink + Silver | A Color Palette That Works
We’re always in the mood to see a new, unexpected color combination come to life. And when it’s bursting with vibrant tones our hearts tend to skip a beat. This social event officially saturated the start of Summer with hot pinks and stunning silvers, and we’re here to tell you how it works.
In terms of color theory, pairing these two colors together initially feels like joining polar opposites. Hot pink is warm-toned, silver is cool-toned. But given the intensity of both shades, they create in a harmonious aesthetic.
The true showstopper is easily the Connery Bar, named after the 007 James Bond actor famous for being a silver fox. The Connery Bar was custom built by our in-house production shop to be a modular drinking station that can be customized in a multitude of arrangements. Here it’s displayed at its largest with energetic hot pink paper lanterns hanging above.
Furnishing settings also emulated the pink + silver colorscape with fuchsia Amy Faye Club Chairs paired with nickel Regency Chairs, silver Sophie sofa, Belize Coffee Tables and Roma Side Tables. Geometric accents enhanced the designated lounges with fuchsia Ikat Pillows on the Sophie juxtaposed with Sandshell Pillows on the Amy Faye.
Adding a third color to blend in as a supporting color really rounds out the entire look for the set. This includes our Monroe Bar and Parsons Bar Table, both adorned with hot pink decal fronts, as well as the white acrylic Geo Tables flanked across from the Monroes. White Tulip Tables matched with silver Omega Chairs gave way to a modern feel.
All in all, the final conclusion that we’ve come to is that this is the color palette that we never knew we needed and are thankful it’s here!
