The Special Event 2021 Miami

Our team attended the 2021 The Special Event hosted by The Special Event + Catersource in Miami. This week-long event is the pinnacle of event industry trade shows where they highlight the newest and most progressive trends that benefit professionals including showcasing booths and in-depth educational seminars.

We went all out with showcasing a burst of our innovative decor displayed all around that defies common event standards and inspired imagination for future celebrations. Three distinct vignettes were designed with a different theme in mind - one catering more towards organic weddings, another towards rustic corporate events and the main vignette blending a mixture of both with an emphasis on food & beverage display. To make our space even more dynamic, we debuted custom built wall facades that served as the framed foundation.

In addition to our grand booth display we also conducted our session “Planners to the Planners” where we discussed what is means to be partners in our industry and how to unite both planners and suppliers to create the ultimate events dream team.
